Project description

I recently participated in the Dreamathon, a team-based, hackathon-style product design sprint organized by Everyday. The event challenged teams to tackle Everyday’s beta product within a 12-hour timeframe. Guided and evaluated by industry leaders, teams were provided with a design brief and tasked to develop and present their solutions. My team won first place, and as winners, we have been awarded a fellowship program with:
Jake Kaempf - Co-founder and CEO at Everyday
Sara Fantl - Nike Brand Director
Alison Olson - Nike Design Director

By participating in the Dreamathon and developing ChronoFlow, I gained invaluable experience in rapid product development, teamwork, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve real-world problems. The fellowship opportunity with leaders from Everyday and Nike will further enhance my skills and professional network.

Challenge

Participants were tasked with designing a solution for Everyday’s beta product, focusing on solving real-world user challenges with innovative, practical, and scalable design.

Our Solution - Chronoflow

Our team developed ChronoFlow, a productivity tool designed to streamline task management by integrating calendars, to-do lists, and agent-driven prompts powered by the OpenAI API.

The Problem

Students today face tool fatigue, juggling multiple apps like calendars, to-do lists, and study planners. This fragmented approach leads to cognitive overload, making it harder to stay organized and meet deadlines, ultimately impacting their productivity and academic performance.

The Solution

ChronoFlow is a unified productivity platform that simplifies time and task management for students. By combining a smart to-do list and intuitive calendar, and using AI-powered prompts, it transforms natural language input into actionable tasks and events—eliminating the need for multiple tools.
